Stephen Yates

Stephen has been building since he was 15 years old.  Growing up in Armidale (NSW), Stephen undertook his aprenticeship in Ballina and he went on to become a Fully Qualified Clerk of Works and obtain an Open Builders Licence.

Stephen is a carpenter by trade and has lived on the Sunshine Coast for over 2 decades working with many customers in both residential and commercial to undertake their custom built projects.

Stephen is a keen golfer, regularly playing a round at his local Pelican Waters Golf Club.
